We aim to make ordering from us as simple and
straightforward as possible.
Orders for standard items must be
placed online via the website. Once your online transaction has
been completed your order will be confirmed by email. Iconic Dutch
currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Meastro, American Express,
PayPal and Bank Wire Transfers.
Made to order items are ordered upon request. After receiving your
order we will contact you to discuss your requirements. Once we
have received your agreement and payment is taken, your order will
be processed. Please note that we are unable to change an item
after it has been entered into production.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is
accepted depending on the lead time of the product. Delivery
periods quoted at the time of ordering are approximate only and may
vary. Goods will be delivered to the address nominated by you at
the time of ordering. All products will be sent by recorded
delivery or courier dispatch and will therefore require a signature
upon receipt. All deliveries will be between Monday to Friday
during the hours of 8am and 7pm. A one hour window timeslot will be
sent by email or text first thing in morning on the day of

Made to order items will take longer to deliver. You will be
notified by email once your goods have arrived at our
Big/heavy items like sofas, tables, hot tubs or stoves will be
delivered by special courier service. You will always be contacted
prior to delivery by us or by the courier company. We will call or
email you within 3 to 5 days to arrange a specific time slot
(morning/afternoon). The delivery of large items is kerbside and
does not include assembly or unpacking. Occasionally the delivery
company may require assistance unloading larger items.
Prior to agreement Iconic Dutch is able to offer an on-site
installation service for customers in the UK. The cost is subject
to the size of the items and the delivery location. Our on-site
installation service is available for an average charge of 5% of
your total order with a minimum charge of £220.00. incl. VAT. The
service includes a delivery appointment, assembly and installation
and removal of all packing materials. The service does not include
electrical fitting for lighting. If you would like a quotation in

Weltevree incur an extra shipping charge due to extra care required

Lead times on the product page are for UK mainland
delivery. Europe and International destinations will take longer.
With our international delivery service you will receive your goods
within 2-9 working days and your parcel is trackable at every
stage. All international deliveries are curb-side only and the
delivery company may require assistance unloading larger

Please contact us if your country is not
exemption on purchases outside of the
VAT is automatically deducted from all export orders outside the
European Union - meaning that if you want to ship outside of the EU
you save the 20% VAT from your order. All products on our website
show prices including VAT, all through the payment process. When
placing your order on the Order Review page, VAT will then be
calculated according to your shipping destination. The payment page
of the Payment Service Provider (PSP/PayPal) will show the VAT
deducted amount on goods shipped to countries outside the EU.
Customs duty fees and charges for
customers outside of the EU
International deliveries do not include customs & clearance
fees and duties & taxes which overseas deliveries are often
subject to once the parcel reaches its destination country. The
local authority will normally contact the recipient regarding this
if it is relevant. Any local import duties and taxes that may be
due are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the goods.
