Orders for standard items must be placed online via
the website. Once your online transaction has been completed your
order will be confirmed by email. Iconic Dutch currently accepts
Visa, MasterCard, Meastro, PayPal and Bank Wire Transfers.
2.2 Made to order items are ordered upon request by email. After
receiving your order we will contact you to discuss your
requirements. Once we have received your signed agreement and
payment is taken, your order will be processed. Please note that we
are unable to change an item after it has been entered into

website is between you and Iconic Dutch. You agree to take
particular care when providing us with your details and warrant

for your use only and you warrant that any goods purchased by you

2.5 We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our
power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment
secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be
held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures
unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or
ordering from the website.
2.6 Any order that you place with us is subject to product
availability and acceptance by us.
2.7 The contract for the goods or services will be accepted at the
time of despatch of your order. We will confirm this to you in
writing. You must inform us immediately if any details are
incorrect. If your order has not been accepted you will be notified
of this in writing together with the reasons.
3.1 All prices listed on the website are correct at the time of
publication however we reserve the right to alter these in the
future. Prices are inclusive of the relevant sales tax but
exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to your

4.2 For all items made from natural products, such as leather or
wood, there may be variations in the colour, shade, pattern or
finish from those on the website due to the inherent nature of
these products. We cannot guarantee an exact match for goods which
have been ordered at different times.
4.3 Every care is taken to ensure descriptions and measurements

to ensure that the website is as up to date as possible.
5.2 We aim to have the site available at all times, however, you
will appreciate that we cannot guarantee this or that it will be

Occasionally the delivery company may require assistance unloading
larger items. However, with prior agreement, Iconic Dutch is able
to offer an on-site installation service. The cost is subject to
the size of the item and the delivery location. If you would like a

6.6 All shipping costs are calculated by weight and territory. The
Dutchtub and woodburning Stoves from Weltevree incur a special
delivery charge due to extra care required for delivery.
7. Overseas Purchasing
7.1 Shipping costs are calculated depending on the country, size,
weight and quantity ordered. If your country is not listed please
email us with the delivery address and the items you wish to order
and we will provide a quotation.
7.2 Where delivery is outside the UK, you may be liable to pay
additional tax or duty once the goods reach your country. This may
vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs
office for more information.
7.3 Please note that goods may be subject to inspection by your
local customs office where delivery is outside the UK.
7.4 Please be aware that due to the high cost of shipping
internationally, the cost of delivery and return is not covered by
Iconic Dutch under any circumstances so therefore purchases are
entirely at your own risk.
8. Cancellation & Returns Policy
8.1 If you wish to cancel your order you must let us know within
24 hours after placing the order. To cancel your order you must
notify us in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
quoting your name and order reference. Once we have received your
confirmation that you wish to cancel your order we will refund the
full amount including the cost of delivery. We cannot guarantee
that we will be able to stop your order once we receive notice of
cancellation as the goods may already have been despatched. In
these cases, you will need to return the goods in accordance with
our Cancellation & Returns Policy.
8.2 If you have received the goods after you cancelled your order
then you must send the goods back without unpacking them to us at
your own cost and risk.
8.3 You are entitled to return or exchange goods ordered from us
within 14 days of receipt of the goods if you have ordered a
standard product where no customise options have been selected. A
standard product is a product stated "in stock" on the product page
of our website and is held in stock in our warehouse. If you would
like to return your goods or exchange an item for a different item
please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by email
quoting your name and order reference. Any goods returned must be
returned in its original packaging, in the condition and packed in
the manner of how it was received.
8.4 The cost of returning the goods to us must be paid by you. We
strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are
returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you
with a proof of delivery.

8.5 You will be refunded within 30 days after receipt of the
returned product in our warehouse. Refunds are generally made by
bank transfer so we may need your bank details. You will be
entitled to a full refund of the original cost of the goods
provided, with the exception of any delivery charges. The returned
goods must be in new and unused condition. New and unused means
that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. If
there is any indication that the product was used, the item will be
returned to the purchaser at their own costs.
8.6 All international refunds will be refunded for the equivalent
amount taken in pounds sterling on the original order. Due to
fluctuations in the currency exchange rate this may result in a
difference between the refunded amount and the original
8.7 In order to avoid any trouble, products are verified by Iconic
Dutch before their shipment. Please contact us immediately when
receiving a damaged or faulty product, to discuss our procedures as
detailed below and to organise a replacement.
8.8 Inspect your purchases upon receipt on damages or faults as no
claim for replacement can be made after 24 hours of receipt. Any
claim regarding items damaged or defective must be made initially
by email at email@example.com,
followed by a written claim to Iconic Dutch, 78 York Street, London
W1H 1DP. Our team will assess the damage and if approved will order
you a replacement or repair (where applicable). The cost of
returning the product will be responsibility of the customer who
must insure the transit of the product.
8.9 Where damaged or faulty goods are heavy, large or fragile (as
determined by Iconic Dutch) we reserve the right to nominate a
specialist furniture handler for return transit. The transportation
charge for the return will be charged onto the customer each time
the customer accepts a returns collection date but then
subsequently fails to meet that date.
8.10 We are unable to accept cancellations or returns on goods
that have been ordered upon request or have been made to order in a
specific finish or upholstery colour, or make a refund or exchange
any item that has been entered into production as per the
customer's specification. If received damaged or defective then a
replacement will be manufactured and delivered as replacement as
soon as possible.
9. Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we have
insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered or we do
not deliver to your area. If one or more of the items you ordered
was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an
error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers,
we reserve the right to cancel your contract. If we do cancel your
contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your
account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as
possible, but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will
not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for

If you're buying a new electrical item, we will recycle your old
one for free. The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE)
Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and
environmentally friendly processing of these items. To remind you
that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked
with a crossed-out wheelie bin symbol. For each item that is taken
away by us there is a standard charge of £15.00.
12. Your Information
12.1 Where we have requested information from you to provide goods
or services, you agree to provide us with accurate and complete

16. Limitation of Liability
16.1 Great care has been taken to ensure that the information

for any errors or omissions that may have occurred. We cannot

or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs
or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the
Website and we do not make any warranty whatsoever, whether express
or implied, relating to fitness for purpose, or accuracy.
16.2 We disclaim any and all liability to you for the supply of
the goods to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
The goods despatched are provided to you for your approval and
legal title to the goods only passes to you 14 days after delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If we are
found liable for any loss or damage to you such liability is
limited to the amount you have paid for the relevant goods or
services. We cannot accept any liability for any loss, damage or
expense, including any direct or indirect loss such as loss of
profits, to you howsoever arising. This limitation of liability

other contamination or destructive properties transmitted to you or
